Steering Committee Primary Functions
The Steering Committee translates strategic objectives into an actionable program. It takes responsibility for the achievement of results.The Steering Committee will monitor and review the program status, as well as provide oversight of the program outcomes.
Steering Committee Approval Responsibilities
The Steering Committee is responsible for approving major program elements such as:- Overall business case;
- Budget;
- Program vision, goals, objectives and outcomes in accordance with The Cleveland Plan;
- Final scope, implementation strategy and timeline (and any changes therein);
- Program management and quality assurance processes;
- Program risk management plans and intervene as needed;
- Proposals from Operating and Advisory Committees;
Steering Committee Membership
In addition to the program executive sponsor, Eric Gordon, as ex-officio member, the Steering Committee will consist of the following members:
