• Below are some tips and tricks for navigating the site.
     

    Calendar 

     
    To add the PD Calendar to your Office 365 Calendar:
    Click the ical  button in the upper right hand corner of the calendar. Copy the ICAL FEED URL. Go to your Office 365 calendar. Click "Add calendar" along the top, then select "from internet" and paste the Feed URL. Enter a calendar name and hit Save.
     

    To customize your calendar view:
    Click "Customize Calendar View". Click the little pencil next to the word Categories, Delete the Categories that do not pertain to you. Please do not delete the Unassigned designation. When you are finished hit the I'm Done button at the bottom.
     
     

    To register for an event:
    Navigate to the event you wish to register for. All events that require a registration have a check mark on the main calendar view. Click on the event to see the event details. There should be a registration box in the bottom left hand corner. If you hit the Register button it will ask you to sign in. Use your current CMSD username and password. The username will be the first 4 characters of your last name then the first 2 characters of your first name and then an 01, 02, etc.  If you have any issues with this please email Michael.Goodill@ClevelandMetroSchools.org for a user account reset.
     
     

    Register for a Session

    To register for a Session:

    Download the spreadsheet of all PD Session Opportunities, click on the tab that corresponds to your position.

    Select the Session that makes the most sense for your professional development taking note of the session title and date from spread sheet and then register on PD Calendar.
