Division of Organizational Learning

The Division of Organizational Learning of CMSD represents the District’s commitment to invest in its people and culture. The primary purpose of the Division is to foster learning, growth, and development for each employee, regardless of their role or position. In doing so, each person will become more effective at performing their work at the highest level of their capacity and the District delivers on its promises to its scholars, families, communities, and employees.

The Office of Professional Development provides essential support and services to all employees and departments in support of the Organizational Learning vision and purpose.
