    IT Service Delivery and Management 


    The Division of IT Service Delivery (ITSD) is responsible for provisioning, managing, and maintaining the district’s core technology infrastructure and services on a multi-platform service catalog. The ITSD manages and enhances enterprise infrastructure and services in support of the district’s strategic, tactical, and operational goals. It also provides end-user support services for CMSD Educators, and students. Working in collaboration with all stakeholders is our mission and passion.
