Dear Families,Here is a list of consonant-vowel-consonant words with short a. Use paper at home to turn these words into flash cards. Here are some activities you can than do with the flash cards:Have students tap out a few words and read them.Turn the flash cards over and have students pick up a word and tap and read it.Have students pick a word, tap it and read it and than draw a picture of the word.Have students pick a word, tap it and read it and than use it in a sentence.Have students pick a word, tap it and read it and than use it in a sentence and than write the sentence.Have students come up with other words that have the same beginning/middle/or ending sound as the word.Mckown
