PACE - Employers/Partners

PACE creates meaningful ways for students, our future workforce, to engage with employers and community partners. Partners are essential to the success of PACE and there are many ways to engage and support the students. PACE was created over a period of two years through a collective-impact model of more than 100 individuals, 40 organizations, and 75 employer partners.

Events

ONSITE AND OFFSITE SHORT-TERM: career camps, career library content, capstone projects, classroom and virtual sessions, career-focused competitions, informational interviews, financial literacy, preparing for employability sessions, site tours.

RELATIONSHIP BASED: coaching, mentorship.

Experiences

WORK- AND CAREER-BASED LEARNING: apprenticeships, community service hosts, internships, job placements, job shadowing, summer jobs.

SYSTEM SUPPORTS: educator externships and professional workshops, advisory roles.
