EEACD: Drug Testing for District Personnel Required to Hold a Commercial Driver's License

Policy

School bus drivers and others required to hold a commercial driver’s license are subject to a drug and alcohol testing program that fulfills the requirements of federal and state regulations. The Board directs the Chief Executive Officer to develop a school bus driver drug-testing program in compliance with Federal and Ohio laws and regulations and applicable negotiated agreements.
