HEART Champions - May 2023
Our Communicate with H.E.A.R.T. Customer Experience Program keeps us aligned to being the caring, concerned, responsive school district we continually strive to be. Every single one of our customers' experiences matters -- whether it is colleague to colleague, via email, telephone, virtually or with those who walk through our doors.
That is why CMSD continues to invest in Communicate with H.E.A.R.T., a proven customer experience model whose components include upfront customer service delivery (Smile and greet warmly, Tell your name, role and what to expect, Active listening and assistance, Rapport and relationship building, and Thank the person) and a service recovery model for responding to a concern (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Respond, Thank).
