IT Infrastructure and Operations
The Department of IT Infrastructure and Operations (ITOps) is responsible for provisioning, managing, and maintaining the district’s network and technology infrastructures, including a combination of physical and cloud-based solutions. The department provides and manages building Internet access, wired and wi-fi networks, phone services, including emergency systems, for district facilities, and supports the technical infrastructure for the Safety and Security department's surveillance solutions. ITOps establishes and maintains technology infrastructure standards for building new schools and renovating existing ones.
