IT Strategy Execution and Governance
The IT Strategy Execution and Governance Department supports all IT departments, including the Office of the Chief Information Officer. It fosters cross-functional collaboration for all Information Technology departments, service teams, and strategic partnerships.
The department's responsibilities include the development of the IT budget and finances related to technology deployment, vendor management, IT portfolio asset management, strategic sourcing activities, and oversight of the federal E-Rate program. In addition, the department drives the quality of IT service delivery through management and governance of business processes, operational performance, projects, and programs across the district to support learning and teaching.
