For non-emergency questions, please call the Transportation Office Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Transportation Information Available 

Families with access to the CMSD Parent Portal can view their child’s transportation information. Portal details will include:

• Scheduled pickup and drop-off times and locations
• Route information
• Transportation eligibility details

Transportation information may change during the school year because of enrollment updates, route adjustments, or operational needs.

CMSD may update transportation information at any time.

The Parent Portal is the fastest and most efficient way for CMSD Transportation to share daily updates with families. Parents and guardians should check it often, especially before school starts and during the first weeks of school.

Pickup and Arrival Expectations

For safety, scholars should be at their assigned pickup location at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Please remember to:

• Arrive early and be ready to board.
• Have students visible and waiting at the assigned stop.
• Check the Edulog Parent Portal frequently for updates.

First 10 Days of School

During the first ten (10) days of school, pickup and drop-off times may vary as drivers, students, and routes adjust to the new year.

Families may experience:

• Minor delays
• Route time adjustments
• Continued improvements to transportation efficiency and service
