Degrees and Certifications:
Ms. Sharra Wimberly
Greetings! My name is Sharra Wimberly and I am the Wraparound Site Coordinator for Fullerton School of Academics. I have been working with children and families for over 20 years in many different settings. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Cleveland State University in 1998 and a Master of Social Work in 2001. I received my Ohio licensure in social work (LSW) in 1998.
My motto is: “To think love, see love and be loved.” Working with youth and helping others is my passion. Inspiring and influencing others to believe in themselves and strive for excellence is my mission. It is part of my nature to care for others, helping to make their lives better and happier.
I am committed to the well-being of children and their families. My goal is to support families by giving them strategies and resources so they can better help their children to succeed in the school environment. In doing so, I collaborate with community agencies and families in building healthy connections to resources available within the community and beyond. I am here as a resource to families within our community, so please contact me with any questions or concerns. I am looking forward to working with each and every scholar this year at Fullerton!
