    Lisa Farmer Cole serves as a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District’s Senior Leadership Team in the position of Director of New and Innovative Schools. In this role, Lisa has oversight for the District’s 14 New and Innovative schools. Lisa is a graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education where she earned her Masters of Education in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Spelman College where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Education/Child Development.
    Lisa has fifteen years of experience as an educator in both suburban and urban settings serving in a multitude of capacities ranging from a teacher leader in the Shaker Heights City School District to an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland State University.
