2025-2026 School Year Enrollment Information

Preschool

To begin Pre-K enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year visit https://ssp.benefits.ohio.gov/apspssp/ssp.portal and click Apply for Cash, Food, Medical, or Child Care Assistance and complete the application.

Once completed visit ClevelandMetroSchools.org/Preschool

K-12

You have options for how you want to enroll: you can apply online, come into 1111 Superior Ave. E, or go to Natividad Pagan INA (3145 West 46th Street).

Enroll today, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Enrollment Steps

Step 1

Using a computer, tablet, or phone, sign up with your personal email- whether it's AOL, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud - and create a password you'll easily remember. Click the CMSD Fast Pass button to begin your online enrollment.

Call the Office of School Choice and Enrollment at (216) 838-3675 to speak with an enrollment specialist that will help you register your child for school.

Step 2

Take a photo of (or scan) all documents you need to enroll:

Student's Official Birth Certificate
Student's shot records and immunization records - two different forms.
Proof of residency (must NOT be older than 30 days): Utility bill, bank statement, government documents, lease or rental agreement
Parent or Guardian ID
Custody Paper (if applicable)
Individual Education Plan (IEP), Evaluation Team Report (ETR), OR 504 Plan (if applicable)
School records (withdrawal form, last report card, transcripts or home school docs)

Step 3

If you are using a phone or tablet when enrolling:

Select each picture of the documents in your camera roll on your phone to upload.

If using a desktop computer when enrolling:

Email the photos you took of your documents. Attach the photos, from the camera roll on the phone, in an email to yourself.
Open your email on your computer and download the photos to your desktop
Attach the pictures from your desktop when prompted to upload the documents
