CMSD is offering expanded meal service for families during remote learning.
USDA guidelines allow all students in the city of Cleveland (18 and younger) to receive prepackaged lunch and breakfast for free, even if they don’t attend a CMSD school. Parents or caregivers can pick up meals for students.
Families should select from one of two meal options:
Pick up a day’s supply from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at any PreK-8 or K-8 school. A double supply will be available on Tuesday. Sites will be closed Wednesday for cleaning and sanitizing.
Stock up for the week from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday at most high schools. Service is not available at the Lakeside Building (Cleveland High School for Digital Arts, Davis Aerospace & Maritime High School), John Hay Campus or MC2STEM locations.
The service has expanded since summer, when the District operated 22 sites and hours were shorter.
