What is the Integrated Health program?
Students’ health affects their ability to learn and engage in school, so Say Yes Cleveland, the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and local health care providers launched a prototype program to expand access to health services for students, including physicals and shots, mental health services, chronic disease management, and more.
Benefits:
- Free or low cost to families.
- Convenient, during-the-school-day appointments on site or by telehealth.
- One less thing to schedule.
- Does not conflict with care from school nurse or psychologist, emergency services, or your existing health care providers.
