CMSD's first-ever Tech Fest and Back-to-School Bash drew a strong crowd to the East Professional Center.
Students and families learned about CMSD's expansive tech program and services and enjoyed fun and giveaways. Pro sports mascots and dancers and school cheerleaders helped entertain visitors.
CMSD provides each student with a device and internet services for families who need it. The District also offers interactive Clevertouch screens in classrooms, esports and free access to software.
If you missed the fun on Saturday, the Tech Fest & Back-to-School Bash will be repeated from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, August 20 at Max S. Hayes High School, 2211 W. 65th St.
Most CMSD students start classes Monday, Aug. 22. Year-round and some extended-year schools are already in session.
