CEO recommends remote learning continues, hopes hybrid is possible soon

CEO Eric Gordon has recommended that remote learning continue for most students through Feb. 26, but the District is looking ahead to offering a hybrid of online and in-person instruction when conditions make it safe.

The CEO cited continued high risk for the spread of COVID-19 in the community as the reason for the decision.

But he expressed hope that distribution of vaccines will improve conditions and allow a move to hybrid by students and families who elect to return to in-person instruction. He said the District will soon let families know what hybrid options will be available.
