Why extracurricular activities matter....

 

When J' Lashawn was asked why he was able to turn his grades around his response was quite simple. "I wanted to play basketball! I was able to focus because it was something I really enjoyed. I felt involved in the school and I had something to look forward too. I am glad we were able to have sports and it made me look at my education in a new way!"
