At the onset of SY25, cell phones and other electronic devices will not be permitted for use or in the possession of students on any CMSD property. Thus, the District will implement a protocol for collection and storage of students’ personal cell phones and electronic devices. The protocol to be followed at Euclid Park will be the collection of all cell phones/devices upon student arrival and is placed in a secure pouch at the beginning of the day and not returned to students until the conclusion of their day. 

 

Refusal to turn in the cell phone/device or discovery of unauthorized use may result in consequences as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. 

 

In case of an emergency during the school day, scholars with the teacher’s permission can use the class or office phone.
