• Luis Muñoz Marin Dual Language Academy new curriculum is tailored to support a balance literacy approach in grades k-5 for transformative language arts.  The American Reading Company thematic inquiry curriculum, asessments and instruction integrates reading, writing, science and social studies allowing student to develop the joy of reading for pleasure and information.

    Unit 1: Literacy Labs designed to develop academic routines of successful readers and writers in all grade levels

    The 6th-8th grade English Language Arts Curriculum Wit and Wisdom aligns to meet the shifts in the ELA curriculum from complex text and academic language. The reading, writing, and speaking standards focus on  contexual evidence from both literacy and informational text. The scholars will build knowledge through content rich authentic novels.
