Cleveland, CMSD Needs You!

Become a Substitute Teacher with CMSD, the licensing process is easy.

Bachelor’s Degree may not be required! You get to pick where you work and when you work! No long-term commitment necessary, however long term substitute assignments are available.

STEP 1: See the requirements and apply for a Substitute License with the Ohio Department of Education here: Substitute License Checklist

STEP 2: Complete an application on the CMSD website here: Apply to CMSD Here

STEP 3: Once you have been hired by CMSD, you will need to apply for your Substitute License license: Apply for your License Here
