My name is Patrina Hollowell-Martin, and I am the Say Yes Family Support Specialist. I am available to your family to provide referrals for services. Services consist of mental health, legal services, tutoring, food assistance, and much more. Say Yes also provides college tuition scholarships. Say Yes uses surveys for families, staff, and 5th-grade students to identify needs. I am asking that you please complete a 10 minute survey. The survey is voluntary but is extremely important.
