We are excited to welcome the newest class of Eagles to the all-new John F. Kennedy High School! The JFK campus will feature academic programming that is personalized toward individual students’ success, preparing them for postsecondary education and/or career exploration.
The New JFK features two pathways sure to excite, develop and prepare all students for the next phase of their journey. The pathways are as follows:
An innovative college preparatory curriculum that provides access to two-and four-year institutions, including but not limited to Tri-C, Hiram College and Cleveland State University and the AVID college-readiness program.
A career-technical pathway featuring a focus on but not limited to advanced manufacturing, including welding and CNC machinery. This will be held in conjunction with MAGNET’s Early College Early Career program and Cuyahoga Community College.
Pathways will integrate rigorous courses that will allow students to engage in complex academic tasks that challenge them, promote critical thinking and foster a passion for self-directed learning through authentic experiences.
This is an exciting time to be a part of something great. These are only some of the opportunities that are exclusive to our scholars. Come home to JFK!
This is your moment to shape our scholars and community for a brighter, more equitable future. Your voice matters, so head on over to the survey (click title) and share your insights.
