Cleveland Browns linebacker Tank Carder visited CMSD's Case School on Friday, encouraging students to "fuel up" with a good breakfast every morning.
The appearance was part of the Fuel Up to Play 60 program, a collaboration between the American Dairy Council and the NFL. The Browns plan to make similar visits to other CMSD schools.
Carder spoke to the students individually and as a group, telling them about the importance of breakfast from the perspective of a professional athlete. His favorite breakfast combination? Apples, peanut butter, oatmeal and 2 percent milk.
