Cleveland: Right School, Right Now campaign launched

CLEVELAND -- A new campaign has been launched to help fill vacant seats in Cleveland's highest achieving schools. The program is called, "Right School, Right Now. It's part of the Cleveland plan to overhaul and transform the city's schools.

The goal of the program is to encourage the parents of at least 2,000 Cleveland children-who otherwise would attend a failing school-to select a better-performing school for their child.

The district says some of the best-performing schools have many openings for additional students.
