    After-School Program:

We are excited to share some wonderful updates about the Mary B. Martin Afterschool Intervention Program, designed to provide comprehensive support to our students in three key areas: literacy, homework assistance, and physical fitness.

    Literacy Support:
Our program places a strong emphasis on enhancing students’ reading and writing skills. We have implemented a variety of engaging activities and resources to foster a love for reading and improve literacy levels. Our dedicated staff works closely with each student to identify their individual needs and tailor support accordingly. Through interactive reading sessions, creative writing exercises, and access to a diverse range of books, we aim to build confident and proficient readers.

    Homework Help:
Understanding the challenges that homework can present, our program offers structured homework assistance to ensure students complete their assignments accurately and on time. Our experienced teachers and volunteers provide personalized help, guiding students through difficult concepts and encouraging independent problem-solving skills. This support helps students keep up with their schoolwork and reinforces their understanding of classroom material.

    Physical Fitness:
We believe that physical activity is crucial for the overall well-being of our students. Our program focuses on activities that promote cardiovascular health. Our primary activity is daily walking, which is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle and improve physical health. These activities enhance physical fitness and teach important values such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

We are committed to providing all our students a safe, supportive, and enriching environment. We encourage you to take advantage of the resources and opportunities available through our after-school program. If you have any questions or would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
