It gives me great pleasure to welcome you back to Mound STEM School for the 2022-2023 academic school year. At Mound STEM School we have high expectations for your children both academically and behaviorally. We believe that each child is of immeasurable value and expect each to do his/her best in achieving the high standards we've established for learning, responsibility and respect for others.

 

As educators and parents, it is our responsibility to help our children be prepared to meet the challenges and changes that will face them in the future. Our staff is committed to working with scholars and their families as a team. The rigorous curriculum is directly aligned to the Common Core. To help each child achieve to his/her fullest potential, the school provides both enrichment and intervention supports for scholars. This year we will work diligently to get to know each child by “name and need.” Mound is on our way to becoming a premier school in CMSD. WE have created a very loving and caring environment to foster success in each child.
