Welcome to the John Marshall School of Engineering
John Marshall School of Engineering is an innovative school that promotes engineering practices in the everyday lives of students. Students design and build robots, construct energy-efficient cars, and explore green technology Math, science and engineering courses offer hands-on experiences through Design Lab and Maker Space Lab.
9th and 10th grade students are exposed to general engineering principles that will prepare them for the rigor of their chosen pathway. As students advance to 11th and 12th grade, they begin to focus on an engineering pathway that will lead to industry-recognized credentialing, college readiness, and the opportunity to receive college credit.
There hasn’t been a marching band at a CMSD high school in years -- until now. The Lawyers of John Marshall Campus are marching to the beat of their own drums, literally.
CMSD is gathering feedback from high school students, staff, families, and partners to assess and improve Workforce Readiness and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programming. Your input is essential in helping us evaluate current programs and determine how to better support students in preparing for college and careers.
Your voice matters! CMSD is making important decisions about our schools, and we need your input! See the schedule for a meeting near you or join a virtual meeting!
While Cleveland Metropolitan School District offers no-costs meals to all students during the school year, children must meet certain eligibility requirements to receive Summer EBT benefits. If your household income is at or below 185% of the federal poverty level, your school-aged children may qualify.
