As part of our growth as Artist we have partnered with Studio Institute to provide visual art instruction aligned to our core curriculum and building themes.
Clara E. Westropp supports our scholars though many after school activities including Basketball, Volleyball, Band, Special Olympics, Cleveland Youth Jazz Orchestra, We Run this City, Art Club and PE Club.

05/07/2025 The Cleveland Observer - Quelina Jordan-Shaw, a high school teacher at Cleveland Metropolitan Remote School, has been selected as a 2025 Fund for Teachers Fellow. She will receive a $4,964 grant to travel to Ghana this summer, where she will study how schools there teach career and entrepreneurship education.
