• Early College Early Career is a youth apprenticeship program that provides students with an opportunity to participate in a paid internship with local manufacturing companies. Students begin the internship in their junior year, where they are assigned to work two days a week and attend Cuyahoga Community College, earning college credits towards an associate's degree. ECEC is partnered with Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network. The students will learn the skill sets necessary to enter the field of manufacturing after high school.
