• Early College Early Career is a youth apprenticeship program that allows students to participate in a paid internship with local manufacturing companies. Students begin the internship in their junior year, where they attend weekly professional development at the MAGNET facility sponsored through the Auburn Career Center.  Students are working towards the OMJ Work Readiness Seal. The following summer, students work full-time at a manufacturing company.  The students work one full day during their senior year and attend professional development weekly.  The students will learn the skill sets necessary to enter the field of manufacturing after high school. This is our 7th cohort of students in the program.
