Coach Stretar began his work at Ginn Academy in 2008 teaching leadership class through the non-profit he founded LeaderWithin. A graduate of Baldwin Wallace University 1986 with a Physical Education degree he has been in education and coaching for over 30 years. Coach Stretar met Coach Ginn in 1989, both were assistant football coaches at Glenville HS under the late James Hubbard. Coach Stretar played a key role in helping Coach Ginn and Coach Chinchar start the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Glenville in 1997. The FCA program continues to play a major part in developing the students/athletes at Ginn Academy.
