I get a message that a website is blocked
On the bottom left corner of your screen, click the windows logo, and then find the "power" button. If "Update and Restart" is an option, choose it.

I can't find any WiFi networks
On the bottom left corner of your screen, click the windows logo, and then find the "power" button. If "Update and Restart" is an option, choose it. If not, choose "restart".

My touchscreen or mouse is not working
1. Press F6 to enable your mouse, or F7 to enable your touch screen.
2. If that doesn't fix the issue, restart the computer.
3. Fill out the Technology Help form if neither of these solutions fix the issue.

When I log into my computer, I see "Username/Password is incorrect".
Call the CMSD Help Desk (216-838-0440) and ask for a password reset. A staff member can assist with this if needed.

My computer shows a black "Enter Password" screen when it boots up
Reboot the computer by holding the power button down for 15 seconds, and then turning it back on again. If the screen still appears, see Mr. Wenz for an exchange.

My computer says google classroom is inaccessible or blocked. How do I fix this?
Make sure you are signed in with your cmsdk12.org gmail account. If you are, call the CMSD help desk at 216-838-0440
