    Q: Who must apply for a Work Permit?

    A: Any student who attends a Cleveland Metropolitan School ages 14-17 and is hired by an employer.

    Q: How do I obtain a Work Permit?

    A: Submit a completed work permit application.

    Q: Do I get a work permit application at school?

    A: Yes, you can pick up a work permit application from the main office or you can download it (see below).

    Q: Where do I turn in the completed work permit application?

    A: Drop off the completed application at the Work Permit Office (address above) or email it to Robyn.Ballew@ClevelandMetroSchools.org. Work permit applications are NOT signed or issued at the school level.
