    • Increase our attendance rate 93%
    • Increase the number of 3rd grade scholars proficient in Reading. (85% or more)
    • Increase the percentage of scholars in grades PreK-3 who are on track/proficient
    • Improve the Conditional for Learning by 5 points
    • Reduce the number of all scholars reading below grade level by 10%
