Dear Parents:

Welcome to Daniel E. Morgan School. It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write this letter.

I strongly believe when schools and parents work together, our students are transformed into young scholars eager to learn. I know when parents are involved with their child’s education the child does better in school. I also know  education is the key to developing successful communities. That being said, I believe it is imperative that students are provided with a quality education that will prepare them for a great future.

As the Principal of Daniel E. Morgan School, I will work relentlessly to ensure the staff, parents and community work together to provide a rigorous curriculum that will enhance the four specific skills research states are most important for preparing students to succeed in the 21st Century: critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. As we embark upon the new school year and look to improve the academics of all our students, it is important to create an environment conducive for learning.
