Here at Kenneth W. Clement Boys' Leadership Academy, you have chosen to be a leader in school, community, and all other aspects of life. As you start the day, you enter the building ready to learn by dressing in full dress code and having all the school supplies needed for each class. You hold yourself to a high standard by speaking respectfully, encouraging others to be their best, and challenging yourself to improve at every opportunity. You are in control of your choices, you set goals for your future and reflect on your progress continuously. You are ready to stand apart from others in the world, and you do not change who you are for others.   

You are a KCBLA Young Man.

As a KCBLA Young Man, you are expected to know the family creed and ritual from memorization. You are then expected to recite it daily to remind you of the expectations needed to be successful. You will display the behavior expected and will accept the consequences when you choose not to live up to the KCBLA standards. 

The teachers, staff and families are your support system to assist you in being successful every day.
