• Field Trips & Community Based Learning

Field trips are a living laboratory where scholars learn through active, hands-on experiences with the rich resources of our local community. Seltzer scholars traveled throughout the Cleveland area to expand their learning through many field trips this year. Field trips enable Seltzer teachers to expand scholar’s learning beyond the walls of the classroom into the community outside of the classroom. These experiences give our scholars experiences that cannot be duplicated in the classroom.
