Cleveland Clinic New Programs
Sterile Processing- the sterile processing department is responsible for the decontamination, inspection sterilization, storage, and distribution of all surgical instrumentation, equipment, and supplies. Without sterile processing, all surgical procedures would come to a halt.
Pharmacy Technician- assist the Pharmacist in dispensing prescription medication to customers or health care professionals. Pharmacy technicians work in a variety of different types of Pharmacies: Ambulatory Pharmacies, Hospital Pharmacies, Pharmacy billing, bedside delivery, and mail-order Pharmacies to name a few.
These programs are open for students to learn more about in all grades 9-12. Students will have the opportunities to visit Cleveland Clinic and tour their Sterile Processing and Pharmacy Technician Departments.

12/20/2022 - Less than three weeks after winning the first football state title for Glenville High School and the CMSD, it was announced Monday that head coach Ted Ginn, Sr. will receive a coveted Lifetime Achievement Award during the 23rd Greater Cleveland Sports Awards.
12/8/2022 - Glenville’s star running back D’Shawntae Jones refused to cry tears of joy immediately after his Tarblooders won Ohio’s Division IV state football championship on the evening of Dec. 3.
The opening of Mound Wellness Center, Glenville Wellness Center and Clara E Westropp Wellness Center is a collaboration between MetroHealth and CMSD to provide school-based healthcare services
Rep. Brown hopes to learn more about what issues are important to some of her youngest constituents through her newly formed Youth Advisory Council. Out of the 18 students selected to serve on her council, seven are from the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
