Mia Flowers has been a head counselor in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District since 2012 and has worked at John F. Kennedy, South, and most recently, Glenville High School. Mia has over 15 years of counseling experience and has also worked for the City of Cleveland. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Education Psychology and has worked extensively on researching college and career pathways for high school students. Throughout her tenure as a guidance counselor, she has been very active in developing community partnerships to expand opportunities for students.
