With a proven track record coaching fundamentals of sports and winning numerous championships, she now aims to extend her knowledge of basketball as a tool to further enrich the lives of young people. Her philosophy takes a holistic approach with an emphasis on teaching life skills through sports, and her methods have earned accolades and intangible benefits that contribute to success in all areas. Coach Raymond is particularly interested in the psychology of winning and firmly believes "If you can win a game, you can win in life.
