Enrollment and Registration

Parents can enroll students in the main office, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-1pm and 1:30-3:00pm during the school year!

Summer registration can be done at Board of Education or selected sites. See CMSD website for more details.

The following documents are required for registration:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record 
• Proof of Address
• Withdrawal Form, most recent Report Card, or Transcript 
• Guardian’s State ID
• Guardianship/Custody Documents (if applicable)
