My name is Mrs. Giusto and I am the third grade teacher in Room A140.   I have been teaching in Cleveland Metropolitan School District for twenty-four years.   I started at Mount Auburn Elementary School.  When they closed their doors, I went up the street to Audubon  Junior High School.  When Audubon closed, I came to A. J. Rickoff Elementary School.  I started as a second grade teacher and then was transferred to third grade.   I received my undergraduate degree from The Cleveland State University and my Master's Degree from Ursuline College.  I  also have my Reading Endorsement. Third grade is a crucial year because of the Third Grade Guarantee.  Your child will become a proficient reader and writer in all content areas.  This will allow your child to pass all state mandated tests and therefore pass to the fourth grade.
