      Karla Arens  
    Karla is in her 19th year in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. She has a Masters of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Education from John Carroll University. She previously worked as a probation officer for juveniles in Cuyahoga County. She spends most weekends at a sporting event for one of her two children and loves every minute of it.
