WELCOME BACK LETTER 2024-2025

  • WELCOME TO CAMPUS INTERNATIONAL!!!
    Thanks to parent feedback at our Summer Meet Up, we have a lot of wonderful information for families to look over! Thank you so much for your patience as we work with our staff and School Parent Organization (SPO) to better serve our Campus Families. Listed below are some important upcoming dates/info.
    – Kindergarten through 8th Grade supply lists are posted on social media, in this tab and will be sent in an email blast soon! Tax Free weekend starts July 30th through August 8th!
    – Your students teacher letters will be mailed out the first week of August. That will include supply lists, welcome letter, meet your teacher info and kindergarten phase in dates.
    – School Supply Drop Off is August 17th from (12p) noon until 5pm. Kindergarten through 8th Grade is to bring in supplies for the upcoming school year. MYP (Middle Years Program) will be able to get locker assignments.
    – School Parent Organization Volunteer Opportunities : Our admin team would love to have parent volunteers for Recess and Lunch (40 min durations per grade) and Car Line Drop Off (7:45a-8:15a).     – Say Yes Cleveland Information : Sarah Days, is our Say Yes Cleveland Family Support Specialist who is here to serve as a resource in our support service schools to identify, engage, and assist at-risk students. She needs your assistance in completing the Say Yes Survey that we do every school year!! The survey is important for a number of reasons, but mostly it helps Sarah address specific family’s needs and concerns, as well as helps Say Yes continue to secure funding by showing our stakeholders how we are interacting with our families and what resources we are utilizing. SURVEY WILL NEED STUDENTS ID # (found on a report card) AND DATE OF BIRTH. Follow the link at https://cleveland.sytepps.org/#/login to begin your survey!     – Beechbrook Information : CIS partners with Beech Brook to provide mental health services to our students as needed. With our partnership, we have a capability to provide our families with a number of services, including consultation, crisis support, individual/family therapy services, and skill building/behavior management services.     FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS AUGUST 19 for 1st-8th Graders
    FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS AUGUST 23rd for Kinder (phase in days Wednesday and Thursday)!

School Day Procedures

  • SCHOOL DAY STARTS:
    Our school day starts at 8:10 a.m. and drop off begins at 7:50 a.m. on East 21st Street for ALL students! Please do not use East 22nd as it is a safety hazard. 

    SCHOOL DAY ENDS:
    Our school day ends at 3:00 p.m. and dismissal begins at 2:55 p.m.
