  • Miles Park Families,
As we continue to build a strong and supportive school community, we want to thank you for partnering with us to uphold our school and district expectations. Your support helps our scholars thrive in an environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and resilience. We encourage all scholars to display school-appropriate behavior and to actively contribute to our positive school culture. If your scholar ever feels unsure or confused about a lesson or assignment, please remind them that it’s okay to ask questions or let their teacher know—they are here to help! Next week, scholars in grades 4th–8th will be taking the Math I-Ready assessment. These results will help our teachers tailor enrichment and intervention opportunities to meet each scholar’s unique learning needs throughout the year. A reminder: teachers will begin entering grades on Friday, September 5th. These grades reflect your scholar’s progress during the first three weeks of school. Families can view grades and attendance 24/7 using the CMSD Electronic Gradebook. If you need help accessing your account, please contact Dean Frisco or Mr. Hill (SAY YES Coordinator) at Miles Park School. Also, September 2nd–5th is the final week for families to request a transfer to another CMSD school. Please remember that daily attendance and punctuality are essential. Each day a scholar is absent, they miss out on six hours of valuable learning. If your scholar has missed any school days since August 18, 2025, please contact Kayla Jones (MP School Secretary) at 216-838-4450. For transportation concerns, you may also call the same number.

Thank you for your continued support and commitment to your scholar’s success. Let’s keep working together to make this a fantastic school year!
    Have a great weekend!
