Say Yes Cleveland, needs your assistance in completing the Say Yes Survey that we do every school year!! The survey is important for a number of reasons, but mostly it helps Sarah address specific family’s needs and concerns, as well as helps Say Yes continue to secure funding by showing our stakeholders how we are interacting with our families and what resources we are utilizing.
The Say Yes Post-Secondary Planning System (PPS) is an important tool that helps Say Yes Family Support Specialists (FSS) to identify the needs of students and families. The PPS relies on data collected from the district and from Parent/Family, Student and Staff surveys. Based on the survey responses, the PPS notifies Say Yes Family Support Specialists of any urgent issues (also known as Red Flags) impacting students or families.If you have questions about how to complete the survey, please contact Sarah Days at sdays@sayyescleveland.org or 216-538-0254.
