Welcome to Kindergarten!!  I am excited to be one half of the kindergarten team at Orchard!  I am a 2003 graduate of Bowling Green State University where I earned my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and am certified to teach PreK-3.  I then obtained my masters degree in Reading Diagnostics at Bowling Green State University again in 2004 which certified me to teach Reading K-12.  I have been teaching for 10 years around the district. During the course of my career I've had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten, first grade and third grade. Kindergarten has always held a close place in my heart and is my favorite grade level experience!  The growth that these students experience socially, emotionally and academically is amazing to watch and be a party of.

When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband and two girls. I also enjoy running, cooking and reading.
