My name is Madelyn Hruska and I have been blessed to have been the Art teacher at Riverside since the start of my teaching career. Prior to this I was a paraprofessional in the district for four years. I grew up in Cleveland and attended all Cleveland schools throughout my education, graduating from James Ford Rhodes in 2007. I attended Baldwin Wallace College and attained a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a double minor in Education and Art History.

I always knew I wanted to be teacher and it was at Baldwin Wallace that I realized Art is where my passion truly was. I believe that every child is an artist and that it is through practice and creativity that they are able to retain their artistic abilities.
