Mr. DiPuccio

My name is Domenic DiPuccio. Currently I am a middle school Language Arts teachers here at Riverside School. I have been teaching in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District since 1994. I have three stops on my teaching journey in the CMSD. I started as part of the Vision 21 Plan in 1994 at Wilbur Wright Middle School. I then went on to teach middle school Language Arts at Albert Bushnell Hart Middle School from 1995-2009, and then finally found my way to the Riverside community in 2009 to the present.

I am a proud graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education (K-8 grades). I earned my Masters in the Art of Education through Marygrove College. As a Language Arts teacher, I am a firm believer that reading is the most important skill a child has to master. I enjoy reading novels with my students so I can incorporate multiple reading and writing standards daily.

I am a “family” man. I married my wife Theresa (also an educator) in 1994, and I have two daughters. I am a huge fan of all Cleveland sports teams. In my free time I enjoy lifting weights, riding the bike trails, going for walks, watching movies, and listening to music, mostly classic and progressive rock.
